PYRN organizes international workshops with the objective to multiply contacts across specialties within the field of permafrost and to encourage transdisciplinarity at an early stage. It also organizes yearly executive meetings to coordinate the project and bring forward new leaders and projects.

Past meetings have overcome our expectations and have confirmed the incredible success and need for such workshops. We plan on developing the concept further and continue to provide the community with these opportunities.
